I almost fell off my chair in the studio when i got THE call just before 9pm on Thursday evening on the Hot Line... Bob MaGee throwing down the gauntlet, calling me out for ranting about the German World Cup excellence in sportmanship and their great track record. Unfortunately, after having deflated my team pride, not only was he right, he was kicking sand in my face and putting up a small wager which i really could not dismiss. So after both Uruguay and Germany lost in the semi's, we get to meet on Saturday at 2:30 for World Cup supremacy in 3rd place. WOW... THIRD PLACE !!!
I didn't know that there was a 3rd place but now that it's Bob and Bob in the rubber match... When Germany cleans their clock, he's providing a case of DAB beer to MOI !! and if by some miracle Uruguay wins, ...

Tried to ruffle his feathers but Bob MaGee played it cool and didn't bite. Uruguay lost 3-2 to Netherlands today, so it's a non issue anyway. Germany vs: Spain on Wed at 2:30pm... Auf Gehts Deutschland , Auf Gehts ! !
